Mission Statements are a cross between a slogan and a personal summary.
They can help you live life in focus.
It should focus on what you want to be;
 what you want to do;
 the values and principles upon which you base your life.

Your values determine how you spend your time, energy and money.
Values influence even your mundane, daily choices; in how you live your life everyday.

You can take nothing with you when you die except the legacy of how you lived your life.
we are to store up treasures in heaven, not on earth.
Why? Because you can't haul it with you.

(1) What is my life about – what is my life’s purpose?
